Short answer: Second-hand and display items at GREY Outlet come with a 1-week usage period — if there is a problem in that week, you can return the item. Every product page shows real condition photos of the exact item, and you can see it in our Nicosia store.
Buying from a private seller? Check this first
- BTHK registration: unregistered foreign phones work with a North Cyprus SIM for 90 active days per calendar year. Ask whether the phone is registered in North Cyprus.
- Account lock: make sure the previous owner has signed out of Apple ID / Google account before you pay.
- Battery and screen: check battery health and look for marks, scratches or dead pixels.
- What's included: ask in writing which parts in the photos are part of the sale.
- Paperwork: ask for a receipt or a written sale note.
